Products and availability. Daily Dose Organics offers small-batch elderberry products, infused oils, teas, botanical products, merchandise, and other wellness-related goods. Because many products are produced in small batches, availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products, modify formulations, update packaging, or limit quantities at any time. Product photographs are intended to represent our products accurately, but natural ingredients may vary slightly in color, consistency, appearance, or flavor from batch to batch.

Wellness and health information. Information provided on our website, product pages, packaging, social media, or other materials is intended for general educational and informational purposes and is not medical advice. Daily Dose Organics products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual experiences may vary. Customers should review product ingredients before use and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when they have questions about pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, allergies, medical conditions, or whether a product is appropriate for them.

Customer responsibility and product use. Customers are responsible for following the directions, serving suggestions, storage instructions, warnings, and other information provided with each product. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient. Products should be stored as directed and kept out of reach of young children unless the product is specifically intended for children and is used under appropriate adult supervision.

Orders and acceptance. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and payment. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated where required. Customers agree to provide current and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Shipping and delivery. Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Daily Dose Organics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Our separate Shipping Policy contains additional information regarding fulfillment and delivery.

Returns, refunds, and damaged orders. Returns and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy. Because many Daily Dose Organics products are consumable, opened or used consumable products generally cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.

Promotions and discount codes. Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, bundles, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to completed orders. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Intellectual property. The Daily Dose Organics name, logos, product names, labels, photographs, graphics, designs, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Daily Dose Organics and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without permission.

Prohibited use. Customers may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with the operation or security of our store; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; submit false information; or infringe the intellectual-property rights of Daily Dose Organics or others.

Accuracy of information. We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information accurate. Occasionally information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information or cancel affected orders when appropriate.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Dose Organics provides its products and online services without warranties beyond those expressly required by law or specifically stated by us. Daily Dose Organics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products to the extent such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services. Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Shop Pay, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and other providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Daily Dose Organics is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access to our store or services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued access could harm Daily Dose Organics, our customers, or another party.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, practices, or legal obligations. The most current version will be posted on our store with an updated effective date. Continued use of the store following an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
