Returns & Refunds

Because many Daily Dose Organics products are consumable and made in small batches, opened or used food, beverage, elixir, oil, gummy, tea, or wellness products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns unless the return is due to an error by Daily Dose Organics or the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear.

Final Sale: Opened or used consumable products, clearance items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

To request a return or report an issue with your order, contact Daily Dose Organics at Dailydoseorganics@yahoo.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
